Shipping Policy: From Our Pit to Yours

We know that when you order new BBQ gear, you’re basically standing by the mailbox with a spatula in hand. We work hard to get your order moving faster than a grease fire (but, you know, much safer).

Shipping Rates

Orders over $100: Shipping is on us! Free, clear, and delivered to your door.

Orders under $100: We charge a flat rate of $9.99. No hidden "handling" fees or mystery surcharges.

Processing & Delivery

Fast Firing: Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. If you order on a Sunday, give us until Monday morning to get the coffee brewing and the labels printed.

Transit Time: Depending on where you live, expect your package in 3–7 business days.

Tracking: As soon as your order hits the road, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can stalk your package's progress across the map.

The "Where’s My Stuff?" Clause

If the tracking says "Delivered" but your porch is looking empty, or if your box arrives looking like it went ten rounds with a grizzly bear, contact us immediately. We’ll jump in and fix it—because the only thing we want you breaking into is a rack of ribs.
