I LOVE this stuff. Literally, I use it with everything, including meats, rubs, and soups. It is the perfect blend of salt, pepper, and garlic. Great rubs, especially the coffee infused one.

I started out with my restored vintage 1969 Webber Kettle (RED), used some premium hardwood coals on the back perimeter mixed with some Mesquite chunks harvested from my tree, I used the Wheely Q Barbecue Rub mixed with the Expresso rub, placed the tri tip on the opposite side from the coals with the lid vent over the meat, I never flip the meat, just turn it to keep it cooking evenly, it takes about two hours smoke the meat. My favorite part of the box was the espresso seasoning. I wasn't sure what to expect based on the name, worried it would be too different of a flavor... I really ended up enjoying it and have used it on everything from scallops to burger patties. Highly recommend it!

I purchased two gift boxes. One for a friend who really enjoyed receiving the gift box. The other box was used as a Christmas family grab bag item. It was such a success and was being constantly 'stolen'. The barbeque sauce has a great flavor and SPG is a great shaker to have on hand.
