At WheelyQ Barbecue, we believe the only thing that should be "smoking" is your grill, not your temper. We want you to be obsessed with your order. If you don’t absolutely love your purchase, or if you accidentally ordered incorrectly (it happens to the best of us), we’ve got your back.

100% Free Returns & Exchanges

That’s right—zero, zilch, nada. We're invested in your satisfaction, so if you're not completely satisfied with your order we will refund your money or replace it with something of equal value.

• The Window: We generally accept exchanges or replacements for up to 60 Days.
  
• The "Life Happens" Clause: If you find a forgotten, unopened box in your garage after day 61, don't panic. Reach out to us anyway; we’re humans, not robots, and we’ll do our best to work something out.

The Fine Print (Keep it Clean)

While we are flexible, we do ask for a few common-sense basics:

• Condition: If the product is used up, covered in brisket rub and hickory smoke, we probably can't take it back for a refund or exchange.
• Refund Timing: Once your refund or exchange is initiated, we’ll process your refund faster than a rack of ribs disappears at a tailgate (usually within 5–7 business days).

Proof of Purchase

To keep things moving, we just need to know the order actually came from us. We’re great at BBQ, but we aren't psychic. Please provide one of the following:

1. Order confirmation email
2. Your full name and shipping address
3. Digital receipt or packing slip
4. Any evidence that proves you didn't buy it at a garage sale
